The legend of Jaka Tarub has many versions, but the '
standard ' version, as indicated in the Babad Tanah Jawi, has a plot as follows:
Jaka Tarub Stole Nawangwulan’s

Jaka Tarub was a dashing young man with supernatural powers.
He often went out hunting in the forest for the sacred mountain. In the
